Advance Picture 1

Take an image u want the awsome effect to me on, here is mine;

First, Duplicate The Base And Set It To Hard Light 100% opacity.
Make A New Raster By Clicking Layers > New Raster Layer And Fill it with This; #74B1AF. And Set that to softlight at 100% opacity.
Now For The Gradient, You Can Simply Make One Of Your Own, Or Copy Paste This One;

Then Set That To Lighten 100% Opacity.
Make A New Raster And Fill It With This Color; #F8F77A And Set That To Burn 18% Opacity.
Now You Will Have To Merge Your Picture, So Go To Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.
Then Duplicate Your Picture And Go To Adjust > Sharpen > Sharpen
Now for an extra touch you can add a color bubble. I used the color #0B3C51. And I added text and 4px white borders then a 1px #b7b7b7 color border to finish it off.
