Advance Picture 2

Take your Image here is mine;

1.Duplicate the base and set it to Sharpen by going to Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen
2.Now take the Soften tool.
3.And Zoom in your picture, and soften the cheecks. Don't smooth out the edges of her nose, eyes/eyelids or mouth, just the cheeks, forehead, chin, etc.
4.Now take your Dodge Tool and dodge your picture's eyes. [But my picture her eyes are closed so i do not need to do this step].
5.Now Take Your burn tool and burn the areas around her eye. This includes her eyelashes, eyelid and lower eyelid.
6.Now, Take your dodge tool once again, and start dodging your picture's hair, but don't dodge to much you don't want it to look bright.
7.Now go to layers > merge > merge visible
8.Now we can start adding the effects. Make a new raster layer and fill it with the color #0702CA. Set it to exclusion at 26% opacity.
9.Now make a new raster, fill it with the color #FAC154 at 26% on multiply.
10.Now drag the base layer to the top and set it to soft light.
11.Go to layers > adjustment layers > channel mixer

12.Set the channeled layer to luminance (l) and you're all done!
