C-Pictures

circle-shaped pictures are really cute when you wanna do like a full page layout. or anything you can think of!!
  • 1.first open up your picture in paint shop pro, i've selected this picture;

  • 2.Now make a circle on where u want it to cut.

  • 3.When you've selected what u wanted, press Control + C. then minimize or close your picture, then press Control + V
    Heres my final result;
