Feather

feather is a cool effect, and it's easy to do aswell.
  • 1.Open up your picture in paint shop pro this will be my picture;

  • 2.Now choose the selection tool.
  • 3.now put your settings like the ones are here

  • 4.now make a circle around your picture that u want it to stay. heres how it should look like;
  • 5.when you've selected the part u want, press contol + C. then open a new document by pressthing this button;
  • 6.then press Control + V and save your picture and this is how it sould look like;

    mine turned out pretty light, but if you take a darker picture it will show more.
