Picture Frames

Picture Frames are a good idea to decorate your picture. i love to use it but i don't use it that often it's an great idea tho to make your picture look cuter!!
  • 1.first open up your picture in paint shop pro; heres mine that i will use;

  • 2.then go into Image>Picture Frame and a box will pop up and thats where u chose wich frame u want.
  • 3.and then just press "ok" and your done, you can merge your picture by going to layer > merge>merge flatten heres how mine turned out
