Sunburst

Sunburts is a cool effect that you can use and it's simple to do.
  • 1.first open up your picture in paint shop pro (like always) heres mine that ill be using;

  • 2.now go into Effects > Illumination effects > Sunburst and a window will pop up, and you cant set where u want the burst to be.
    Here's how mine turned out;
